Every big change begins with a small step. At Vedgeetam Foundation, founded by Vratika Pareek and Hitesh Pareek, we carry a simple belief—that if one person is given the right support at the right time, it can ignite not just their future, but inspire an entire community.
Rooted in Ajmer, Rajasthan, we are a Section 8 non-profit company created with the dream of empowering women, artisans, and small entrepreneurs who form the very heart and backbone of our society. In villages and towns across Rajasthan, we have seen the spark in people’s eyes—women who dream of self-reliance, artisans determined to keep centuries-old crafts alive, and young minds eager to break into entrepreneurship. All they need is a gentle push, a helping hand, and a window of opportunity. That is where we step in.
When a woman earns, an entire family rises. Our support helps women set up tailoring units, home-run food stalls, handicraft ventures, or any small business that turns their skill and determination into steady income. A mother’s self-reliance is a child’s biggest security.
Rajasthan is a living museum of art—hand-block printing, pottery, weaving, miniature painting. Yet artisans often struggle, not because of lack of skill but because of lack of resources. We help them buy raw materials, modern tools, and connect with exhibitions, fairs, and digital marketplaces so their work gets the recognition—and income—it deserves.
A small shopkeeper who wants to expand, a dairy farmer who needs cattle feed, or a youngster with a new business idea—all deserve the chance to become self-reliant. Our advances give them that first stepping stone, helping them start their journey with courage.

We use the familiar word “loan” so that our field teams, partners, and beneficiaries can easily explain and identify the support. However, unlike traditional loans, DEAs are designed purely as empowerment tools to promote self-reliance, livelihood generation, and community development.
